I love curry. I love it with a passion that dare not speak its name. I can’t seem to cook the Indian variety it worth a damn though. Since my earliest forays into all things culinary I have dreamed of a perfect home-cooked Saag paneer, but many (many) attempts have left me wanting. Some bonkers, some almost, but not quite, all sending me back to the well.
And lookie what the latest pull has given! A new tome of Indian cookery to add to my shelf. Will it live up to its cohorts? Only time will tell.
